A typical day will consist of:

| Lunch | 13.00-14.30 |
| R & R | 14.30-16.00 |
| Preparation | 16.00-18.00 |
| Visits | 18.00-20.00 |
| Cooking | 20.00-21.00 |
| Dinner | 21.00 |
On Market Day, the morning Cooking session will be shortened to 11.30-13.00. On the Saturday evening visit to Auberge Bouvier there will be no cooking.
