A typical day will consist of:

Breakfast 08.30-9.30
Cooking/Demonstrations 09.30-13.00
Lunch 13.00-14.30
R & R 14.30-16.00
Preparation 16.00-18.00
Visits 18.00-20.00
Cooking 20.00-21.00
Dinner 21.00

On Market Day, the morning Cooking session will be shortened to 11.30-13.00. On the Saturday evening visit to Auberge Bouvier there will be no cooking.
